Our fourth project for Premier Marinas following the successful completion of the boatyard redevelopment at Chichester Marina and the new boatyard buildings at Swanwick sees us return to Chichester Marina in order to transform two elderly office buildings into 19 luxury modern short term let and holiday apartments. The new layout of building 1 sees five two-bedroomed flats at ground floor level, all with direct access to patio or decking overlooking the marina or the canal and three two bedroom and one single bedroom apartment at first floor level. The elevations also receive extensive refurbishment and updating and will be finished with cedar cladding over painted masonry below window sill level.  Building 2 works has the same adaptations whilst also adding a 3rd storey and extension to the north elevation. This allows the creation of 5 new luxury two bed apartments at ground floor level and 5 new duplex three bed apartments at first and second floor level. These offer en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom and open plan living/dining and kitchen area that at ground floor level connects to an external deck and at first and second floor level balconies providing spectacular marina and South Downs views. The duplex units also have a study.
