This fantastic project is for new client Fittleworth Medical, one of the leading NHS home dispensing companies in the UK specialising in Ostomy, Continence and Wound Care medical appliances.  It involves the construction of a new 17,600 sqft office building in Littlehampton to meet the needs of Fittleworth’s growing business. The build consists of a steel frame structure on traditional foundations with composite concrete floors, aluminium wall and roof cladding, aluminium curtain walling, all associated internal finishes including raised access floors through-out and extensive landscaping.  Staff, meeting and training rooms, shower facilities and executive office space are also part of ‘Project Elvis’ which has been playfully nicknamed by the client.  Works started in August this year and are programmed to complete in June 2017 with the works totalling £3.2m.
