This exciting project for The Fox and Hounds Public House in Crawley, Winchester involves the construction of a new single storey extension providing a new restaurant and alterations & refurbishments works to the existing public house. This will provide a new kitchen, bar and five ensuite guest bedrooms to the first and second floors as well as a landscaped external seating and outdoor cooking area. The Grade II Listed pub was built in the late 1800s, part of the contract will also include the maintenance of the buildings external envelope as well as the demolition of some and refurbishment of other existing out buildings. This will create new management offices and the forming of a new main car park will complete the works.  This project is eagerly anticipated by the local community.
