The Lulworth Block provides Lytchett Minster School with a three-storey, contemporary teaching block. Built on the site of the old tennis courts at the bottom of the campus, the steel framed, brick and slate clad Lulworth Building provides the PE department with new offices and boys and girls changing facilities for outdoor activities, along with 6 PE and ICT classrooms and office space at Ground Floor level, all constructed around a central atrium. The first floor accommodation provides a further 6 classrooms serving the RE, Mathematics, Music, IT and Art departments along with 3 departmental staff offices. The second floor, built into the pitched roof structure, provides a new sixth form study suite and office space along with a “Learning Booster Suite” comprising of 5 classrooms, one-to-one interview/teaching/study areas and office. The doors onto the roof terrace are also at this level.

The external works are paved and raised planters complete a very traditional feeling learning environment that sits comfortably within the existing school campus.
