Vinnetrow Business Park is a well-established park on the outskirts of Chichester that houses a number of diverse businesses including a call centre, accountants, electronics company, health care business and professional services.
The Courtyard was a speculative build of one U-shaped building offering 5 office units. It was designed to achieve an A level grade of Environmental Performance Certificate whilst being commercially viable and negotiation using Amiri’s Cost Plan Manager system ensured that this happened. Amiri continued to work hard with the design team and supply chain to ensure that construction on site was of the right quality to ensure that the end product achieved this and we were delighted when this was confirmed. Vinnetrow has excellent sustainability credentials as well as providing a successful business environment. Internally the space within the buildings is versatile and capable of being subdivided into smaller suites.

The Courtyard has subsequently been taken over by the Chichester Free School whilst it establishes itself and searches for a new site on which to purpose-build a new campus.
